Cost

Hospice care is covered by the Medicare Hospice Benefit and is also an optional benefit under Medicaid and many private insurance companies. Medicare requires that hospice care be provided by a Medicare certified hospice program. Hospice of Dayton and Hospice of Butler & Warren Counties are non-profit, community-based hospices supported by the communities we serve. Thanks to the generosity of community support, we are able to provide care to all eligible patients regardless of whether they have insurance coverage
