Hospice of Dayton Comfort Care Center
Hospice of Dayton can provide short-term symptom management and medical support in our Care Center, located at 324 Wilmington Avenue in Dayton. The Care Center can provide around-the-clock medical attention to maintain patient comfort. Once stabilized, patients can return to their home setting for continued hospice support.

Hospice of Butler & Warren Counties can provide short-term symptom management and medical support in the 14-bed Lorelei's Place Care Center, located at Renaissance Professional Village, 5940 Long Meadow Drive, Franklin, Ohio 45005. Lorelei's Place can provide around-the-clock medical attention to maintain patient comfort. Once stabilized, patients can return to their home setting for continued hospice support.
