• You can contact your hospice provider directly to explain your situation and ask questions. OR you can contact us to start the process.
• Hospice care is available in the final months of life, not just the final days. The earlier someone begins receiving care, the more assistance and support the care team can provide to the patient, the caregiver and the family.
• Hospice is as concerned with the support and well-being of caregivers and family as it is with patients. When the person you assist receives care services from Hospice, you as a caregiver receive support from the staff and volunteers on your team.
